MITSUI CHEMICALS ACQUIRES 50.01 PERCENT OF DENTCA

Mitsui Chemicals in April of 2013 acquired the dental division of Heraeus Kulzer.  Not done with dental acquisitions Mitsui just acquired a controlling interest in DENTCA , CA based CAD/CAM denture technology company.
