Stephanie has been a clinical dental hygienist for 14 years. She is also the owner/founder of PosturePros, where she provides ergonomic coaching for dental and office workers and also speaks on ergonomics to dental and dental hygiene associations. She is passionate about the field of dentistry and helping clinicians take good care of themselves while practicing. She was born and raised in Alaska and now resides in Denver.
In her off time, she likes to spend time with her dog Larry, cook, bake, and exercise!
