With a 25-year career in dentistry, my unique and powerful blend of clinical expertise, operational leadership, and a passion for people allows me to incorporate a holistic approach that bridges the gap between clinical excellence and business success. At Chairside Collaborative I am on a mission to help dentists and their leadership teams overcome the barriers to building a healthy and thriving practice.
I started my journey as a Registered Dental Hygienist and transitioned into various leadership roles including Clinical Instructor, Clinical Director, Operations Director, EOS Integrator, and Senior Hygiene Director. I have been the CEO’s right hand, managed and lead leadership teams, successfully led the implementation and rollout of an operating system, and have been instrumental in building startup companies and departments. I am dedicated and committed to coming alongside founder dentists | entrepreneurs and dental leaders to elevate their career, define their unique superpower, and help them create meaningful impact on the dental community.
My core competencies include strategic business management, facilitating interactive workshops, cultivating a thriving culture, promoting team alignment, health & collaboration, and meticulous planning and execution. In my commitment to mitigating burnout and fostering unity, my approach and mission align to empower leaders with clarity and control.
