Rachael has been in the dental field for over 20 years, with experience both as a clinician, and former practice owner. She became a hygienist in 2003, and as her role changed in the office, she pursued a business acumen. She obtained a master’s degree in accounting from Northeastern University, and as a former auditor at the U.S. Department of Defense and accountant at Ernst & Young; brings analytical skills along with industry knowledge to help teams maximize their potential. She is also a Licensed US Coast Guard Captain and can often be found enjoying the water or chartering tourists around the Tampa Bay area.
