Laura Bettencourt is a passionate leader, coach, and connector with over 16 years of experience spanning dentistry, leadership, mindset, and entrepreneurial development. Her mission is to help high-achieving humans rise back into their power by rewiring their mindset, expanding their identity, and leading aligned, abundant, purpose-driven lives.
She serves as Market Development Manager for BNI New Hampshire, where she launches, grows, and supports high-performing chapters. Laura is known for helping professionals build meaningful relationships, generate high-quality referrals, and thrive in community, always grounded in the philosophy of Givers Gain®.
Laura is the Founder of The Bettencourt Collective, LLC, where she coaches entrepreneurs, leaders, and visionaries to strengthen their mindset, regulate their nervous system, and step into sustainable, aligned success through a blend of strategy, energetics, and neuroscience-informed practices.
She is also the Co-Founder of LD Coaching, supporting dental professionals through leadership development, prevention-focused coaching, and personal breakthrough work. A Registered Dental Hygienist and Prevention Specialist at heart, Laura holds a deep belief in whole-body wellness and the oral-systemic connection. While no longer practicing clinically, she continues to mentor and consult high-achieving individuals within the dental industry.
Above all, Laura is most proud of her roles as a mom, wife, leader, and connector, devoted to helping others expand into who they are meant to become.
