Alicia brings 23 years of experience in the dental industry, including 11 years in dental practice management consulting. She has also successfully built and operated her own dental billing business for the past 7 years, giving her firsthand insight into the operational, financial, and workflow challenges dental practices face daily.
Over the past 12 years with DentiMax, Alicia has played a key role in driving operational and product innovation. Beginning her career at DentiMax as a trainer, she helped practices successfully implement systems and workflows designed to improve efficiency and simplify daily operations.
Through her strategic vision and deep understanding of dental practice management, Alicia has contributed to the advancement of solutions that streamline processes, enhance usability, and support the evolving needs of dental practices and is currently executing as the Managing Director.
